Thanks Destroyer! I'm very happy with the teak, and actually, found it wasn't all that much work. Just an investment in a few evenings and warm days to get the sealant done.

I've looked at them as well, but still using flap type. The covers of the bal scuppers should just twist off and you can easily clean them.

That said, something sounds wroing if water continually...
