3M 5200 or its fast cure 4200 counter part. This is a below the water line epoxy.
I have used this for tons of stuff!! I glued a cutting board to my boad 5 years ago with the stuff and I bet I could lift the boat up by there! http://www.jamestowndistributors.com...OVMTC=standard
