We have the togglers at work. I don't know what there called but you predrill a hole insert a threaded insert and fasten it in place with a tool similar to a rivet gun. We use them in metal a work. I was wondering about fiberglass. What I want to anchor is a vhf radio to the surface under my steerling wheel to the right. would plastic anchors work? Bill Mc
