if you go to my gallery you will see it a little better. There are 3 bolts with 1/4 Alum Dimond plate as a backing.

I used two 3/4" of Starboard bolted toghter. I think 1 1/2 will do you just fine!!

Templet?? Whats that?? All we did was mesure how long we wanted it X how wide then we looked all over the place for something round?

CB stole the cover off are rice cooker and it was the perfect size for the curve !!

After cuting it took a rotor to it round the edges and was ready for install!

On the 70's V20 they have a 3/4 lip around the bow, so when you look in the gallery you will see that we made some spacers out of starboard to fix that.

You will also need a new split bow light system as the single will be replaced with the puplit.
