nope, i found it. i figured it fell between the deck boards so i removed a few of them and hunted for what felt like an eternity. after i gave up and reassembled my porch i found it cleverly hiding inside the starter. so i put it back together and reinstalled it. did what schools said and turned her over while oiling her down. still got a little rough spot on the bottom starboard cylinder. by rough i mean not extremely smooth. when i run my finger over it it feels like 1400 grit sandpaper. i hope this will be acceptable cause to hone it will require removal of the powerhead to get to it.
