MJ's v20 looks really impressive in the water flying by at 40 mph. The extra length and stance make it look like a one mean boat.

Thanks for all the input! All the bracketed v20's on the site look very, very good. :) The bracket job will probably take place in about a month.

MCJ--

I'll be doing it myself. Right now I'm leaning towards a bracket (without the swim platform) made by stainless marine. The swim platform integrated bracket was about $2000. So I opted out since the boat already came with one of those teak swim platform/step ladder. I keep on forgetting to snap photos -- I'll post new detailed photos up so you guys could see what's going on.

:)

There seems to be no shortage of used ones around. I don't know how many have the swim platform??
I paid $400 for mine but came off a 23' Seacraft and I had to add some wedges on the ends as the Wellcraft has a curve to it and the Seacraft doen't.

You will love it!!

Hey Fugazi,
What is your end game?
Are you gonna keep both v20's, or sell which one?
What about your 4-stroke?

I'm doing it for a buddy of mine who bought the boat and he's financing the whole thing -- he was impressed with mine last year and has been obsessed with getting one close/identical to mine. He's new to owning a boat and does not know what he's doing in terms of restoration.....I've been helping out in a big way. I've basically undertaken this project just for the fun of it.
