I removed the oil line from the oil res and drained it out first. *(it had alot of pressure on it) Then I opened up the valves on the carbs and shot carb cleaner in them. *I then disconnected the fuel line to check for any obstructions. *Hooked it all back up turned the key and she started. *It blew smoke like crazy but it went back to normal after about 15 minutes of running on the hose. *I am 90% shure carbs need cleaning but I am going to try some sea foam first and then new plugs to see if that helps.

I would not fool around with sea foam or any of that stuff and just get them rebuilt. If one is running lean or has a clogged jet the motor will seem fine until that cyl burns up. I have a friend who works on Outboards and he says most of the blown heads he see's could have been prevented by having a carb. job.
