I always use 3M fiberglass restorer and wax . Keep a spray water bottle handy, keep it wet. I use a 6'' buffer and wool pad, dont put pressure on it and watch your corners. It can burn the fiberglass. It removes the oxidation and leaves a nice shine. You'll feel it get easy when the oxidation is removed, keep misting it with water. Let dry to haze and buff off with a towel. If its heavily oxidized, may take a couple of times.

If you got a buffer, it's easy. Just takes a while. Just wash your boat first and dive right into it. Wish I had time to help you.

I have a craftsman rotory buffer that I use, works great. Just go slow and keep it wet and moving around as not to burn the gelcoat. Not hard but usually takes a whole day to get it done. Wax good when you finish to protect it longterm.

Takes all day? I used woody wax took me 15 minutes and looks good, smells good too
I’m sur3 the wax on wax off with a buffer will shine better but that’s a lot of work. Believe me I waxed my boat all day too but in a week looks like I did nothing. . I think if you want it to look l8ke glass, hire a professional detailer. Money well spent. Pull up a chair with a cup of coffee and watch him or her do it.
