You find change the water impeller. But unfortunately. That doesn't mean that it's a good one
I had the. Same problem and it was the impeller sepperated from the metal housing that the impeller is on. Did you check your thermostats?
I know that really sucks,your bringing out people and that happens. The good news is it will be fixed
Do you keep it in the water?
If not I would try to see what happened myself. If it is in the water than tow it to a repair shop

She's (like you said, like a woman!) in the water. Arranging for the tow now. We'll see if the shop that did the work warranties it.
