The fuel burned in delivery should be accounted for exactly as the fuel burned in a tow. He had to get to our friend Charlie either way, and he had to return to the dock - either way. You might say, well he had to get the fuel onto the boat, but these guys always carry fuel around.
I get it, $8 on the water delivered ain't too bad, but in light of the membership dues I feel like it is a little high. JMO All that being said, I'll keep paying my SeaTow dues!
