thought that might get you northern guys in a fishing mood. caught it on a small baitcaster with 10 lb test, was a fun fight.
I grilled it, meat was very white, but not too flaky. thought it might be similar to trigger fish, but not as firm. good to get some fresh fish after two months of freezer fish. looking forward to spring
