Default Motor Question

I have a 1999 Johnson Ocean pro. 150 ish hours. New plugs and impeller this year. Compression in each cyl checked out perfect.

I've had about 8 trips out so far this year. The motor was winding up to 5500 rpms at wot. Last two trips wot is 5000.

Motor always started cold on first blip of the key. It has the F.A.S.T. system that keeps rpm up until engine warms and can idle normally.

Recently, the motor starts right up cold, but idles a bit then stalls. It starts right back up and then I have no probs.

The motor seems to be running a little rough. Not much, but I notice the difference.

I drained the water separator and got alittle water.

Any Ideas for me?
