Advertised weight (487lbs dry) vs rigged weight. I doubt it is any lighter than the 250 XL Optimax advertised at 505 lbs. in a 20" shaft. E-tec 515 lbs for the 250hp in 20" shaft. Amazing is the Yamaha SHO 250 4-stroke 20" is 505 lbs dry.

MJ is right the old 4-stroke v-6 are advertised at 605 lbs dry weight.

They are making improvements.
