Lost me on the sacks, Ridge??...I know theres a goodun in there though...tsubaki...make the cut like yer gonna fry or heck, just cut 'em in half...dip in eggwash, favorite breader and drop them puppies inna deep fryer like the good son of the South you are...find something to dip 'em in like a soft crab dip or just a creamy dressing ya like, or make a po-boy style sandwich w/'em w/a strip of bacon...when in doubt DEEP FRY
