Need some options

Want some other ideas, all I know to do is to cut and fry, spread mayonnaise on a bun, add the same thickness of cheese and eat. http://i175.photobucket.com/albums/w...ps400f15db.jpg
Oh, need it by tomorrow night!

I love getting a bagel spreading on cream cheese then puttting some good beef bolonge on it and popping it in the oven for about 5 minutes on broil. makes a good "unhealthy" breakfast sandwitch.

i always liked potato chips on my balogna sandwiches

Bologna cake - look it up. Not sure what part of the food chain it fits into. Pretty sure it is a omnivore.

Actually have had it at a family reunion.

Fried is going to be hard to beat. How about fried bologna club on toast w/ mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle & onion....and bacon.

p.s. There is a little cafe near my house. Every time I eat lunch there I get a chicken salad club. It isn't even on the menu. :sly:

Friend of mine grills it for awhile then slices it up and smothers it with BBQ sauce, says its really good.

add a little mustard, why screw with perfection?

So true spare!
We did grill a couple of 3/4" thick pieces last night, places second to fried.
I may get a bagel and try it that way being I have no respect for bagels.
Spicy BBQ chips or Doritos are a favorite on most of my sammiches.
Gotta look at the cake and see before I run out.

Fry or sautee some onions, add spicy mustard and miracle whip, texas pete, I also like to add fresh onion instead of fry or sautee.

IF anyone has the slightest incling of gastro-intestinal uneasiness the GarageNC recipe will put you over the top.. Garlic Balona, raw onion, Miracle Whip, maybe some Havarti cheese and Bam! a shot of Emeril's swamped in Texas Pete. Where are those sacks Reel?
