I think Bluefish is a very tasty fish. I had a buddy that would catch them and just drop them off at my house (no bleeding or gutting), they were fine with me. Now I will just cut their tails to bleed them out after being caught, seems good enough so the wife even likes them. (actaully it was MJ who told me to do this).

Don't get me wrong...I loves me some fwounda any way you wanna cook it...but when my smoker was smokin', some right TASTY bluefish came off it every chance I got!!...done right, blues are great tastin' and I'd sample RKCs anytime!!...
