"bluefish in the freezer" gotta be a northern thing, unless you were refering to a bait freezer.

Agree....Nice to relax sometimes and not catch fish as opposed to work your *** off and not catch fish

Forget the Bluefish RKC. From that spot you're almost on good Fluke fishing grounds. Head about 2/3 of the way over to Martha's Vineyard (in the background in those pics) and set up a drift with some Fluke rigs. You can thank me later.

Another enigmatic guy here, RKC. I have never cared for flounder. Used to go out in the pram in Scituate (Mass.) Harbor and pull up keepers by the dozen when I was a kid. We'd bring them home in time for lunch (depending on tide level), Dad would fillet them, Mom and grandmother would cook them up, but I would just pick at them. Still do not care for flounder, but I love bluefish which have been properly gutted and bled immediately after being caught and then grilled.

Your boat looks great, RKC. That white bottom paint is really nice.

Thanks Nipper.

I think Bluefish is a very tasty fish. I had a buddy that would catch them and just drop them off at my house (no bleeding or gutting), they were fine with me. Now I will just cut their tails to bleed them out after being caught, seems good enough so the wife even likes them. (actaully it was MJ who told me to do this).
