There was about 3/4 gallon of water in the tank. The Fuel sending unit gasket was bad and letting water in. The boat has been sitting for a few months and it has rained ALOT here. I believe water leaks through the access right above the tank so I will be replacing it with a new access deck plate.

I cleaned the carbs,

I disconnected the fuel hose from the engine to use the fuel bulb to pump fuel through until there was no water,

Replaced the separator with a new one.

The boat runs great again. I have checked the water separator several times and there has been no more water in it. I still do not have my comp gauge and I really want to check it to make sure there was no damage done to my cylinders. I let the boat idle in the yard for almost an hour and there wasn't even the slightest hiccup.
