go to the pic and right click it, then hit properties It will say jpeg, gif, bmp, swf, or png
All them will work if something else they will not! I don't no what you use to view and fix your pic?? But open the pic and then hit save as rename it the hit the arrow and pick one of the formats listed above then hit save. You have now changed the format and it should load.
