Photobucket...HELP...
 

Can somebody gimme some pointers w/ photobucket...have already registered w/ them, but can't transfer pics from file...WASUP!!??...

???

It's frustratin' bein' this stoopid... :P...

You cant upload to the photobucket site, or you cant post them here after you uploaded?

F1...thanks for the comeback...can't upload from my file to photobucket...I have photobucket site up...bring my file up with it(both are on screen)...photobucket non-responsive with my file up... ???

First, close your file . You may not be able to upload it to PB with it already being open. Keep photobucket open. PB should be open to the page after you login - It has an "add Pictures " box on it.

Click: Browse

Find your pic file that you want to use, highlight it. Click "open".

Click "submit" on PB.

Wait for it to upload. Just scroll down and it should be there.

what format are your pic's?? Are they jped or gif's they should go just fine!!

browse
c-drive
my pictures
cod trip
maco with cod

then hit submit, and there you have it!!

Now I always uncheck the box above the submit button!!

This will save your name of the pic and if they are numbered from the camera a lot will have the same number and not load!!

But when you uncheck that box, PB will name it and all will have different numbers and you will never have this problem!

MJ & F1...thanks a TON for the feedback...went thru F1's proceedure...NADA....MJ, I think you're onto something re FORMAT, cause I DON'T HAVE A CLUE what format...how do I know?...DUH :P...does format have to be set when TAKING pics or later?...

Once I figger out how to get 'em on PB, then gotta get 'em to forum...boy this learnin' curve is KILLIN' me... :( ;) ;D

go to the pic and right click it, then hit properties It will say jpeg, gif, bmp, swf, or png

All them will work if something else they will not!

I don't no what you use to view and fix your pic?? But open the pic and then hit save as rename it the hit the arrow and pick one of the formats listed above then hit save.
You have now changed the format and it should load.
