Looks like it. I emailed him some questions. This is local to me so if I could pick it up for next to nothing I probably would. Never know, if the engine is a mid-seventies model rude and has compression I can work with that!
 My buddy FlyFishin is about to float an old project boat I bought a few years ago. It is a 1968 Salem Skiff, 13ft x 5ft wide. He fixed up the trailer - painted, new bunks, replaced the floor in the boat, has the bottom side painted, now working on prepping the topside for paint and looking for a motor. I will be posting pics. Here is the before:
