price on a 1996 175 ocean runner?

I like the sound of it, but as w/any pre-owner motor, i'd wanna see/hear it run in water if possible, check foot oil and compression...don't fall in love w/it til AFTER you buy it...

Well now I've found one closer that's 200 more. It had a new powrr head 200hrs ago and its a 150.
