 Randleman, I like wild pig meat but it's different. I talk to chefs in Atlanta that ask me if I can get "Ossabaw Pork". I don't know that there is much difference in that islands pigs and anywhere else, but chefs always have to have something "exotic" and exclusive. Willy, Tsubaki could probably tell you more but I'm pretty sure the Ossabaw trip is a quota or lottery trip. I'm all for getting together for a hunt.
