Here ya go, Willy...take a gander (ya old GOOSE) at this...park yerself a houseboat here as a residence...tie off a lil old fishin' boat...V20 qualifies quite nicely and there's your NC residence in STYLE baby!!...have you looked at what they're doin' w/houseboats lately?...same would also work on Kerr Lake I sent you...

Within 20 minutes from where I live is Blackwater. They are in constant need of security instructors. Within 45 minutes of me is the outerbanks. Albermarle and Currituck Sounds are within a 15 minute boat ride for great fishing.
