If your going to live your considering living on the coast and communting to NJ - you better added a significant amount of time to your travel time to account for "summer" traffic getting off the outter banks. It's a real mess during the rental season. It's been improved, but there is still no "easy" way to get from the Outter Banks to the CCBT tunnel to run up Hwy 13. Kamikaze
