Got busy with a Hydro Sports project and didn***8217;t get to the V till late.
At least got stuff centered up and close, now ready to add correct hardware and bolt in place till I find out about the other two brackets.   Sorry about the poor pictures, but it is drunk and about late. So much for trying to fish tomorrow.
