I bet we could knock out a single car garage in just a few hours!! Might have a party for all you guys to come and build, Then after I light the burner and have a huge Clam Boil!

yes there going to keep the two car garage with heat and air conditioning and a bathroom in the garage, upstairs is going to have large studio, bathroom tile shower, kitchenette, cable tv ,hardwood floors ,oak stairs. ( I could live there)
