Maury,
Can I get dibs on your old covers? I actually like them. Please keep me in mind. Thanks!

Done.............if and when I get around to changing them out. I guess I need to get the old girl in the water and see what I really need to work on first. Hopefully, not much!

Awesome!
I know what you mean about getting her splashed first. I've owned mine for over a year and still haven't gotten her in the water. Lord willing, this Summer will be The Summer. ;)

Going to need a new dash to go with the new engine. Going from a bunch of gauges to just a multifunction one and a fuel gauge. Too many holes to fill so starting new. Stopped of at Freemans in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. They had 2 18x30 cutoffs in 1/4" light gray color. A perfect match to my deck paint. Total cost $10! Plenty left over for other projects.

Thats were I got mine! But I bought 2 full sheets to do all my stuff. 1 sheet 3/4 and 1 sheet 3/8
Works with any wood tools! When using a jigsaw just move kind of quick, or it will melt back toghter, but easy to recut just run the blade thur again Table saw or a skill saw are your best friend! I used a panal blade on my table saw. It routers nice also!! ;)

Here's a bait-tank I whittled outta Starboard a while back...all router cuts...no saw ... round lid; made a radius arm screwed to bottom of router for perfect circle... all lids; made a jig for router to follow ....radius arm and jigs made of masonite ...all cuts require 2 passes w/a 1/8" plunge bit in 1/2" material...3 passes in 3/4" material ... saw blades are great w this stuff, but if a router will do it, it leaves a SMOOTH egde w/ NO sanding needed... 8) ...
