Thats as long as the flaper isn't rotted away!! Mine was!

Try starting in your yard with out the bellows and see what happens,
1 there is no muffler (the water is your muffler)

2 water and exhust and all kinds of crap going to blow all over the outdrive,

3 the heat and water oil ect... will make the other two bellows go more quickly.

4 And if the shifting or drive bellows go it will fill your boat in short order!

Change the thing!
