Nah it's not the original engine...Me and my brother bought the boat in 1998. We ran that engine for a year...then my uncle sold his 26 bertram and he had a spare engine lyin around his yard which he was never gonna use. Therefore he gave it to us. It only had 20 hours on it...So we made out pretty good with that.
