I live in Memphis, and have hunted /fished on the Mississippi River, which is Tn. on one shore and Ark. on the other side and a little south Miss. Upon inquiring on what lic. I needed, I was told that it depended on where I launched my boat. I also fish at Pickwick Lake which is where Tn., Ms., and Ala. come together, and understand either state lic. is good on the lake (between damns) on the Tennessee River. They will recipicate.

Yes it is. What happen to the good old days when we could leave Va. Beach and head for the Va/NC line without any worries about this crap. You could come down go fishing and not have to worry about buying a fishing lic. I just think both states want the extra cash.
