ok then it's not a looper. look at the top of the heads for a fine threaded empty hole near the t-stats. that's where they are installed.

so what I am hearing is that my 1998 Johnson 225 already has a spot for temp send? I would LOVE to hook that up!

I would also recommend a water pressure gauge. If I had a choice, I'd rather monitor pressure than temp. That's just a personal preference thing though..

Here is my hookup both starboard and port side, its nice to see the Temp on both sides just in case there is restriction on one side I guess ?
