| bow repair

This is the progress on just the bow: Cut out rotten wood Learning to glass over 1/2" wood, should have used 5/8 to save some glass work: Trying to level it out with marine filler, was tough because of the size of the area and my lack of experiance: Covered in mat ready for gellcoat Second coat of gelcoat! NOt perfect but good traction and finish. I am pleased. With unlimited time and $$ I am sure that perfectly smooth and level is attainable but I need her done by April 1! |

Looks great to me!! Unless you a dock jockey like Lumber Who cares what it looks like, is a fishing boat so get her done and get fishing and leave the pretty stuff for the dock jockeys
