Here are a few I've been looking at; opinions are welcome.

If this guy would take $6k, I'd be on it (I don't know why he refers to it as a nice "starter boat"):

This one's nice, but only 19 feet...

Who knows how much this one will end up going for???

I would love an Aquasport 222 CCP:

Hammer, no Bayliners buddy...

Have you ruled out the first boat on craigs list the mako. If not that might be the perfect boat for my dad, but did not want to if your still interested.

Stillrunning,

Thank you for being so courteous. If you don't mind, that boat is still at the top of the list. I just emailed the guy. If you'd give me just a couple days, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks,

Steve

Yeah, I don't know what's up with me RM... Right after I bought the dually, I already had the itch for a center console. I don't know what it is about center consoles, but I really like them. If I find one and buy it, I'll be putting the v up for sale come Spring. The only reason I'm looking now is because this seems to be the time to buy, given the season and the recession... should be able to find a great deal.

BGA:

I know it more than you wanted to spend but It can't hurt to see how much room he has? Plus he's relatively close to you

Hey Kamikaze, thanks for the note. That boat has been for sale for over a year. I contacted them last Summer or early Fall and they wouldn't budge much on the price...

Take a road trip and slap your motor on this one. I know you like those Aquasports! And while your down there we both know where there is a t-top with 4 rod holders in great condition for 500.00?
