Answer for the stringers. i was going to do them any way. Wood particals coming out from under the deck area into the bilge pump well area. Trnsom was a must.

Iwill. When weather breaks . I will start the demolition in a couple of weeks. Got to locat engine lift ,then I will start on hull.

whopper i have a engine lift in norfolk if ya need to use it to pull motor off....if ya looking to buy one i picked this one up at harbor freight for alil over $100...i have some 20% off coupons

We just backed the boat to where we wanted the motor lowered the engin till it hit the ground. Then unbolted the engin and four of us leaned it against a tree and chained and locked it up. Let me know when and if you want to run through how we did my transom job. Bryan
