My personal opinion FWIW,
I think you need some more rollers between your winch and the
first set going towards the back.
I have had it in too deep and not deep enough,
but the reult was always the same,
I could drive it home to satisfaction.

I'll show you mine, if you show me yours.

You need more bow lift!!!
Are you in the middle??
Are you on the rollers?

Pull that trailer out the water a bit!! No wonder you hitting that front tounge and gouging the boat!

Hey HAMMER, just put the trailer in the water till the top of the wheels are covered with water.
You should be able to see all of your rollers as you approach.
Since my ramp is private, they allow us to power load,
i.e. use the outboard to get as far up the trailer as we can.
Can you do that at the public ramp?

Thats ok if he trys to power load it, and its that deep, we are not going to worry about it, he is going to drive the tounge right threw the hull and sink!!

Hammer don't do it, Just pull the dam thing out of the water so that the fenders are just under and try it!! If to high sink the trailer a little, iff to low pull up a little.

Worse comes to worse get power winch to do the pulling for you.

BUT DO NOT TRY POWER LOAD TILL YOU NO WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!!!!!!!
