Re: Unloading / Pulpit Screw Up
Does Phats, Willy, Air and MJ have the same problem ??
Hey AIR, I think you posted something on your pulpit about the anchor shackle....mine is to wide and wont slide through the shaft of the pulpit. Gonna go with a small chain and tiny shackle i GUESS. |
Re: Unloading / Pulpit Screw Up
Two things... I just found out about the shackle deal tonight. I have a large shackle on the anchor and it barely clears with a lot of wiggling. Chain size is fine, just need the right shackle, no biggy.
Hammer, in that pic you have the boat in way, way to deep. The stern has floated up, lowering the bow. When I launch I have the tires in about 6" of water, the let her (controlled) roll off, won't have any problems at all. That's where you ran into problems. |
Re: Unloading / Pulpit Screw Up
Thanks AIR, knew I was screwing something up. When I cranked her in after the ride, she was fine.

sell it? Did he decide to keep it and make a go of it? |
Re: Unloading / Pulpit Screw Up
Its for sale for the right price. He's pulling in $750.00 a trip and will be doing 4 trips a day starting in June. I'll be out on it Sat. Left is dressing up too.
