Default Window frame mounting

Does anyone know how to access the screws (?) that hold down the lower edge of the window frames on the foredeck? On the helm side the frame is loose and comes up off the deck if pushed. Not alot, but enough to let water in. I would like to re-screw it down if I could.

Sometimes if there's not a way, you gotta MAKE a way...fire up the chainsaw, Lukey... ;D...I love the smell of fresh sawn fiberglass in the morning... :D

on my 85 there is a black plastic removable strip on the lower bar of the lower bar.an all the screws are under neeth,i did that repair an through bolted both sides.i used longer screws an lock nuts,an after every thing was tight,i'd grab the long end of the screw with plyers an bend back an forth till the snap off flush an clean with the nuts.

Jaysea -

Are you saying that you removed the glass from the frame and accessed the screws from there? The black plasic strip is the rubber holding the glass in place?? Or were you getting at it from inside the cabin???
