Default Plugs a little milky

Took the boat out today after replacing the power pack. It has run flawlessly in the yard.

It ran perfect for a few minutes, I went back to pick my buddy up that was parking the truck and it shut off.

It acted as if it was not getting fuel. I had not tools with me so the best I could do was make sure the fuel pump was pumping, it was.

I got it back to the dock by holding in the choke and applying throttle gently.

I just checked the plugs and they are a little milky. A friend borrowed my comp gauge so it will be tomorrow before I can check.

Any thoughts on the matter in the meantime?
