I was trying to guess what the name of this creature was,but it's not an Aqua Step but an Aqua Lift. I will try to get pics of it soon,but from the rear,it has the "steps" just like the V20.

It is a 16' cable. Trust me on this. I tried a 15' and it was too short and then a 17' and it was too long. Guess what? A 16' fit perfectly! Mind you this is a I/O 165 HP model.

How fast do you 165 guys get? I have clocked 42 mph on several occasions on my GPS. I am getting ready to put a Doel fin on her.

I am going to start a new thread on this. My 165 Mercruiser does over 40 mph according to my GPS. I have done it many times and that's with two adults in the boat. I have seen 42 mph about 3 or 4...
