Never Seize?! Had never heard of it before MJ mentioned it- pretty neat stuff- also available in nuclear grade! I kid you not--- its on their web site.

OEM for 60 gal tanks

Here is a link for INCA molded products- they were the OEM for tanks on the 92 Vs-- can't say if they provided tanks before or after but thought this might be useful. I was able to find the model...

Good to know--- I figured the fish box could double as an emergency bilge if the cockpit ever gets flooded. The 92s do have 2 scuppers though not very big.

My 92 has a good sized in-floor fishbox with a drain that is connected to a factory installed RULE 500 gph livewell pump located in the bilge area. IN theory, the pump is supposed to clear out any...

Tsubaki- I read that you are supposed to put a loop in the vent to keep raw water from possibly entering the tank- unlikely but possible

Fuel Tank Source

If you have a schematic of your tank you might try INCA molded Plastics- they were the OEM for the tank in my 92. Not sure if the aluminum tank is the same design as the Cross Poly Link PLastic...

Talking Factory location for second battery/switch- 1992 v20

Am looking to add a second battery to my 92, from what I can tell, it looks like the second battery would go right next to the first in the rear starboard well.

Any idea where the factory would...

Boot Stripe/graphics Removal

Looking for suggestions as to how to best remove striping and chewed up graphics from from 92 V20. Has any one done this?

I know that the gel coat underneath is going to shine like the sun...
