After no takers, and sitting at the dock for over a year, I found a replacement engine (that came with controls and steering).

The old Suzuki 140 is replaced with an even older 140...

I just did the Five hundred hour service on the Suzuki. Oil-filter, gear oil, plugs, water pump kit, Zincs and grease. $150 in parts.
It runs as it did new.
