Did you take a look in prop survey posts a few threads down?
The main thing is you do not want to lug the motor, otherwise it will die a premature death. Try to prop it to run 5300-5500RPM's WOT....

My original Tandem axel trailer ('72ish) is available, and about 5 miles from Holiday. Not pretty but solid.
Actually it is pretty ugly and the looks were the main reason we bought a new trailer....

Is that 5000RPM the most you can get out of it when trimmed up? If so, you are lugging the motor, (at all speeds), and shortening it's life.
You should be running WOT about 5500RPM to 6000RPM's,...

15 miles out and you are only in 35' to 40'.
So yes, the V20 is a great boat to take out on regular 25-30 mile out trips....
