Default Damn the aorta

Caught enough for a fried dinner for Me, preggers and Blue. I havent had fresh caught fried Black sea bass since we left Atlanta. I soaked the shrimp in ice water to make them easier to peel. Fresh caught GA white shrimp are a pain to peel raw otherwise.

Did some onions in a Budweiser/seasoned flour batter and lightly dusted the bass and shrimp........

Finished it with cheese grits and preggers requested sauted peas. I saute bacon, shallots and garlic then toss in the peas and deglaze with white wine then cream. Will you guys visit me in the hospital when I have my first by-pass?
