sold my trailer today from graigslist some guy bought it and is sending it to the ukraine.... dont really see the purpose ?

Actually, we're quite blessed to live in this country. You'd be surprised to learn the limited amount of resources for boating in many places throughout the world.

A couple years back, I sold my twin Zukes to a guy in Denmark, I think it was. I probably could have gotten double my asking price! The guy was willing to pay me good money just to put them on pallets. He sent me all the money way beforehand and took care of all the details for shipping. I admit, I was skeptical. But the guy said they simply don't have the resources over there.

I sold a pair of 9 going on 10 year old exhaust manifolds for a OMC 4.3L to a guy in Italy for 500.00 bucks. Then he paid another 300.00 to have them shipped! BGA I think your right. The rest of the world must be hard up for boat parts!

I believe I got a certified check or something like that. I made sure everything cleared before sending the motors.
