its crazy what people will pay for a hole in the water, its all dependant on someone wanting more than the next guy. they are trying to privitize the slips down here, they aren't selling like they want, but sooner or later they will all be private owned slips. Now they are trying to sell dry stacks, whats worse than buying a hole in the water, how about a hole in the sky. No one ever said you had to be smart to be rich
