Default Grilled Fish

Take some nice, thick white-meat fish fillets...grouper, snapper, mahi, striper and DO NOTHING TO THEM until...

put a grill-sheet(pan)...mine's got 1/4'' holes w/ turned-up edges on 3 sides and teflon coated...put it on the grill til the pan is med-hot (will sizzle water drops)...PAINT the grill-pan w/ Red Wine Vinagrette Dressing and place those white, naked fillets on that sizzlin' surface...Just B4 turning, paint in another place and repeat til done...not long...grills the wine flavor right into the meat!!...whooooeee!! ;D ;D ...
