Hey Skools, when we first kicked around the idea of building a new V20, I posted on this site looking for a builder. I checked back from time to time. 95% of the guys there are brilliant when it comes to boats, but imho there are a few guys the a couple of fries short of a full happy meal. I found them very entertaining, like the guys trying to build the 300 mph stealth boat and the porpoise drive. Granted we have our share of kooks, me included. But your right it is a cool sight.

lol the Germans built a jet boat once that was in the 80 ft range wasn't worht a d@m* but they tried lol. i can't remember the name of the brand but most are now in boat yards in need of new bottoms and new jets or wanting to be converted. they were built just a couple years ago. last one i saw was a 2003 that was at the Miami boat show but it wasn't right the bottom delaminated in bringing it across the ocean lol. what a joke lol.
