Default Anchor rope through bow fitting?

Have a question. First of all is the fitting on the bow for the anchor rope to run through standard? If it is standard is there any ideas for covering it up or plugging it to prevent the elements from entering the cabin? My cushions stay damp and this is the only place I can see water getting in. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

tlb, the best way to stop it from leakin' is to remove it, clean everything up good, then w/some 3M 4200, fill the holes, re-bed the cleat and reinstall it...don't try to wipe off excess...let it cure, then trim away w/a razor... ;)...good luck, let us know how it went...
