| Second Question of the Day.

My tilt trim switch was mounted on the dash because the tilt/trim switch on the shifter is bad. I just picked up a spare one "shifter" and wondering how easy it is to install. The dash tilt/trim switch has three simple pulg in connections. Does the shifter control have the same set up, Simply plug the wires from the old switch into the shifter ???? Mike.

you can add a 3 position switch any where on your boat for more ti'l trim switch locations. Just need a sping loaded back to off each way switch. i have one in the motor well on all my boats i build or restore. even if the motor has one i put one in the motor well so i can reach it inside or outside the rear of the boat.
